A Christmas Look | Guest post by Ioanna Lampropoulou

Today Blushing Loves has the great pleasure of hosting the talented and beautiful Greek Youtuber Ioanna Lampropoulou. What could be better since holidays and Christmas are approaching from an intense and exceptional festive makeup look? Grasp your paper and pencil and note the steps so as to shine this Christmas. Hi everybody! I feel super happy and honored I’m doing this guest post for Blushing Loves! Irene is a multitalented sweetheart, I just couldn't say no to this. Thank you Irene, for giving me the chance to go wild here! So, let’s have fun!!! Let’s do some make up!

Christmas is knocking our door, that’s why Irene suggested creating a Holiday Look. Hmmm… If any of you follow my site, you already know you won’t see anything predictable. Xmas make up looks are (usually) all about red lips, dark smoky eyes and freakishly styled hair. Well… We had enough of this, don’t you think?! This year we want some color! No matter your age, occupation, circumstances… you should mainly enjoy the Holy Days, relax, be colorful and happy. That’s why I went for this look which, yes I know is heavy BUT peaceful and soothing at the same time. I chose to keep the traditional balance “strong eyes-nude lips” and I blow dried my hair straight adding only a small golden hair clip thingy.

Makeup tip: Always add a pop of sparkle to highlight the center of the bottom lash line by using a light shade eye shadow or eyeliner. This trick creates the illusion of bigger, awake, promising eyes. So that was it from me!

Τι καλύτερο λοιπόν , εφόσον οι γιορτές και τα Χριστούγεννα πλησιάζουν, από ένα έντονο και ιδιαίτερο εορταστικό μακιγιάζ; Πιάστε χαρτί και μολύβι και σημειώστε τα βήματα για να λάμψετε φέτος τις γιορτές. Γεια σας! Αισθάνομαι πολύ χαρούμενη και με τιμά απίστευτα που κάνω αυτό το guest post για το Blushing Loves! Η Ειρήνη είναι μια πολυτάλαντη γλυκύτατη κοπέλα, δεν θα μπορούσα να αρνηθώ! Σε ευχαριστώ Ειρήνη που μου δίνεις την ευκαιρία να κάνω τις «τρέλες» μου στο μπλογκ σου! Λοιπόν… Ας αρχίσουμε να κάνουμε τα μαγικά μας με το μακιγιάζ!

Τα Χριστούγεννα πλησιάζουν και η Ειρήνη πρότεινε να δημιουργήσω ένα εορταστικό look. Χμμμ… αν κάποιος από εσάς παρακολουθεί το site μου , θα ξέρει ήδη πως δεν πρόκειται να δει κάτι προβλέψιμο. Τα Χριστουγεννιάτικα looks περιορίζονται (συνήθως) σε έντονα κόκκινα χείλη, σκούρα smoky eyes και απελπιστικά στυλιζαρισμένα μαλλιά. Αρκετά με όλα αυτά, δεν συμφωνείτε;! Φέτος θέλουμε χρώμα! Ασχέτως ηλικίας, επαγγέλματος, συνθηκών… θα πρέπει κυρίως να διασκεδάσετε κατά τη διάρκεια των Άγιων Ημερών, να χαλαρώσετε και να είστε γεμάτοι χρώμα και χαρά. Γι’ αυτό επέλεξα να κάνω αυτό το look, το ξέρω είναι βαρύ αλλά ταυτόχρονα «ήσυχο» και χαλαρωτικό. Επέλεξα να διατηρηθεί η παραδοσιακή ισορροπία «σκούρα μάτια-απαλά χείλη», ίσιωσα τα μαλλιά μου με πιστολάκι και πρόσθεσα απλά ένα μικρό χρυσό αξεσουάρ.
